"You may or may not know fishing guide John Garrett of Garrett's Guide Service. Operating in the Columbia River Gorge out of White Salmon, WA. John's quietly professional demeanor does not stand out on the river. He simply works hard for his customers, and his family.

John's 10-year old daughter, Grace Noel Garrett, was recently diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa. Due to extreme weight loss and dangerously low heart rate, doctors recommended immediate admittance to Remuda Ranch, a treatment center in Arizona.

The long and short of it is that the cost of treatment to the Garrett family is $30,000. Normally, payment is due up front, but due to the condition of Grace, that was waived. The financial burden is too much for the family to bear alone. Please join us JUNE 17, 2010 for the Day’s Of Grace golf fundraiser at The Cedars on Salmon Creek Golf Club, Brush Prairie, WA. Registration begins at noon, with a shotgun start at 1pm.

Your $100 per person entry, which includes greens fees, cart, range balls and barbecue will deliver much-needed funds to pay for Grace’s treatment. An auction will accompany the barbecue and we’re also looking for hole sponsors. You need not have a foursome. Singles and pairs will be accommodated.

Together, we can have a great afternoon and make a tremendous difference in the future of the Garrett family."
